Whether you need 24-7 support 365 days a year, an engineer on site regularly or ad hoc support as required, support and service level agreements can be tailored to your needs and budget.

We offer loan, replacement and swap out services to all clients and we operate a fully managed call control centre. All calls are logged, given a call reference number and documented on our management system to enable us to track and monitor progress and keep clients informed of service issues and updates.

Managed Outsource Services
Netserv offers tailored support programs designed to reduce customers’ reliance on IT staff. Services include administration, helpdesk, telephone support and on site software and hardware support. The service can include daily, weekly or continuous on site support.

Helpdesk and Remote Support
Netserv offers a full helpdesk support service to all contract clients. This includes telephone support, remote access support, software telephone assistance and operating system cover. Applications supported remotely include Microsoft, Novell and Linux, as well as various server based applications such as Microsoft Exchange and Backup software. Cover can include desktop systems and notebooks.    

Systems Monitoring
Netserv supplies a unique range of services which can reduce the burden of checks for clients. These include systems monitoring, backup checks / tests, anti-virus updates, service pack updates, firewall updates, content management and anti spam updates.

Security and Audit Management
Netserv security services offer customers complete comprehensive security for network environments, including secure firewall solutions and secure encryption point-to-point services. This can be managed by in house IT administrators or by Netserv help desk teams.
